I have included both game pad covers and inserts for you, download from 4hared HERE. I printed the covers on cardstock and the inserts on regular copy paper. I don’t measure any of the folds, I just fold the bottom up about an inch, then line up the front and fold it down. Staple it all together and you’re good! Each book will hold 16 pages and still staple closed easily, so print 4 sheets of inserts for each book.
