If you're anything like me, you're always looking for something to do with the extra pumpkin bits when the pumpkin carving is finished. I remember once when I was younger someone had dumped the seeds out back by the water spigot and by the next summer we had pumpkins growing, it was fun to watch them grow. We've also done the traditional wash, salt and toast the seeds for a homemade treat, but this year we're trying something different. This is something you can make alot of and store in baggies or airtight containers and snack on whenever you want. This is also something the kids can help with. I've added the download link for the recipe card so you can print it out and save. :)
