Ramona and Her Sisters

I'm so excited by all of you who have visited my blog, clicked on the "follow" button and signed up to receive email updates when I post. If you haven't done either of these things, please do! It will be the best way I can get updates to you, freebies and lots of other fun!

I thought about individually emailing the links to this kit, but then I decided that I'd rather spend that time designing! So, I'm going to trust that if you download the kit, you sign up for Feedburner and click the follow button!

I will leave the links up until Wednesday night, then it will go into my store for sale! So tell your friends to come get it now!

I'm also curious how many of you read the Ramona books when you were in elementary school? I, of course, read them all because I was so excited that she shared my name! I was also teased mercilessly throughout my childhood as Ramona the Pest. Of course, no one could think of the other Ramona books. I mean, why couldn't I have been Ramona the Brave? Or Ramona Forever! That would have been so much better! Oh well, now that I'm almost 40, I decided I would embrace my hated nickname!

Feel free to leave me a comment and share your favorite book from childhood. I have always loved to read, so it's fun to discuss the favorites!

But now on to the good stuff! Here is the kit and the download links! When you create layouts with it, feel free to post them in my gallery at Browniescraps. I would love to see them and give you lots of love!

And here is a layout I created of, of my two little girls!

**Links are now expired**
However, it is for sale in my shop!

I signed up to follow you, but I'm not entirely sure I signed up for Feedburner correctly. But I am at least following you!

My favorite childhood book was always "Where The Red Fern Grows"...I just loved that book. I read it over and over and never got tired of it. I cried every time too. Maybe I should make a kit inspired by that!

Love the kit, it looks fantastic, by the way!

Thanks Ramona! My favorite is the Nancy Drew series and I have still have all of mine. :D Still need to a few to the collection. And...they actually did a story on Good Morning America last week since the 80th anniversary is coming up about how smart women like Nancy Drew. So...I guess I'm smart!

I loved Ramona books as well! Now that I teach, I enjoy the newer early chapter book series, Junie B. Jones. She's always into trouble and my students get a kick out of! Beautiful kit and I love the name change!

Ramona, the kit looks beautiful! I also loved the Ramona books when I was little, and to carry on the tradition, I recently gave a set of 4 of the Ramona books to my 8-year-old niece for her birthday. I can't wait until my girls are old enough to read them! Congrats on the new blog!

My favorite book was Basil of Baker Street. My third grade teacher read it to the class and I fell in love with it. It also happens to be my husbands favorite childhood book as well!

Thanks Ramona! Very cute kit!! I'll have to use it on a LO of me and my sis' :)
The Ramona books were definately among my favorite childhood books, But I also fondly remember the Sweet Valley High series. I must've read just about all of those book! My fav. authors were definately Beverly Cleary and Judy Blume though. I used to teach Kindergaten and I do have to say those Junie B. Jones books are a pretty good comparison to the Ramona books. All the kids loved them, not just the girls.
Thans again! Looking forward to your emails!
