September has come to a close

I really can't believe that September is already over. It has been a busy and full month. I have enjoyed giving out the pieces of this kit. I hope you have all enjoyed it. As an extra little bonus, Mara (My Lead CT) has put together a couple of album pages and you can pick them up HERE

We have big changes coming in the month of October. We will have lots of fun freebies, tutorials, etc. My CT will take over posting here on the blog, but they will be posting things for me. Day 29

Well, September is quickly coming to a close. I would never guess it by the weather, as it was 98 degrees here yesterday, but even that is supposed to be changing soon! I have the pieces of the box for our project, to give out today. I will be back later with instructions and pictures for putting it together, but I thought I would at least get the pieces posted. This is a cute box, just bigger than the album we've been making. You can place the album, in this box to give as a gift to someone special! How fun is that?

I'm Back

Thank you all so much for your support during this time. You have no idea how much I appreciate it!

The service was beautiful and everything went very well. I will miss my cousin dearly, but I'm so grateful for the many years we had together and all the memories we created together!

Because I'm lazy, I just threw all the missing ones together, including today's so that it will be all caught up! My wonderful CT member and new CT Manager, Mara created 3 of these for me! Thanks so much, Mara for filling in for me during such a difficult time!

Happy Fall

I'm so excited that today is the first day of Fall! I love this time of year. I'm a bit sad to see summer over, but mostly because I can't believe how quickly it has all gone. I'm excited for long sleeves and crisp mornings! I absolutely love watching football on a chilly day! I think I could live every day in the Fall, if only it worked that way! LOL!

I hope you are all enjoying a good weekend! I'm scrapping this weekend, in an attempt to finish all my 2009 photos to date! I've got 4 pages done so far, so hopefully this momentum will continue!

Hubby and my oldest (12) are headed to the BYU game this evening (Go Cougars!) and the girls are off to have a play date at grandma's! That will only leave me with 3 (I remember when that was a full load!). Should be a fun Saturday!

Only one more day until the weekend! I love friday's! I love that my kids get home from school early, and there is just so much hope and promise in the beginning of a weekend! LOL! There are so many fun movies out right now, that I would love to see! Happy Labor Day

I hope you all had a fabulous Labor Day. We spent this weekend working! Well, rearranging, painting and organizing in our house. Our kids thought we were completely unfair, because who has to work on labor day! LOL! But, I'm very pleased with the work we accomplished and I'm ready to start a new week!

Day 3

Well, today was my 4th child's birthday. He turned 5 today, which completely blows me away! We have been through so much with him, from multiple hospital stays, ambulance rides, and even being told at one point that he had a terminal brain disease. He is my little snuggle bug and I am thankful every day he is in our life! He can be a lot of work, as he deals with the challenges life has handed him, but he is still here. He does not have a terminal brain disease and he warms my heart every day. If I'm upset and crying, he is the first to wrap his chubby arms around my neck and hug me! His excitement over passing a bus on the street or seeing a rocket (airplane) in the air reminds every day how wonderful the little things are!

This kit, that I have created and am giving out byte by byte, is about cherishing friends. But I think it's also about remembering to cherish every moment and every person in our life! No offense is too big or worth the time or energy it takes, when we consider the big picture. So, as you download this byte and all the others this month, remember to cherish!!!
